"Put Swagger in my Website" is a contest aimed towards local Las Vegas businesses, performing artists and those seriously in need of a website upgrade. Origami Studio, (www.origamistudio.com) is the creative development & design studio who will be doing the website upgrade work while KVEG, HOT 97.5 FM (kvegas.com) & (www.kvegasadvertising.com) will be hosting the contest.
The "Put Swagger in my Website" Contest begins on April-01-2009 and the first winner will be randomly selected on April-14-2009. Each contestant completing their entry form prior to April-14-2009 will have four chances to win a website makeover as one winner will be randomly selected each week for four weeks starting on April-14-2009. Completed Contest forms submitted after April-14-2009 but before April-21-2009 have three chances to win, completed Contest forms submitted after April-21-2009 but before April-28-2009 have two chances to win, completed Contest forms submitted after April-28-2009 but before March-5-2009 have one chance to win
All completed contest entries will be randomly selected based on nothing other than a random drawing on the days specified above throughout the "Put Swagger in my Website" contest. However, if the website in question that gets selected happens to be one that defaces, defames or is otherwise not appropriate for general public viewing in accordance with Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) and or KVEG HOT 97.5 FM another random drawing will take place immediately. The winning website's owner will be immediately announced on air, emailed and contacted by phone to notify of such winnings. Work will immediately begin by Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) to get that swagger in the winning website.
Eligibility
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.
"Put Swagger in my Website" applies to those within the KVEG, HOT 97.5 FM broadcasting range.
Employees of Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) and KVEG, HOT 97.5 FM and their direct family members and persons living in the households of said employees are not eligible to enter.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
Submissions
Submissions must be made through the "Advertise" link on (www.kvegas.com) or directly at (www.kvegasadvertising.com) by clicking the banner "Put Swagger in my Website" and completing the Contest application form. By submitting your entry you represent that you have all unrestricted rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, or otherwise infringe upon any person's intellectual property rights.
Entries must be submitted as described above to be eligible for entry. You may enter as many of your websites as you wish throughout the contest however only one website a week for four weeks will be selected as a winner starting on April-14-2009.
Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) and KVEG HOT 97.5 FM do not accept any responsibility for late entries.
Prize
The winner will be awarded a free website makeover by Origami Studio. (www.origamistudio.com)
There will be no cash alternatives.
There will be no trading the free website makeover to another website once selected to be a winner.
Winner Notification.
Winners will be notified via email, phone call and on air.
The winners name and or website will be added to the Announcement.
Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or the inability to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winning website in question's owner will have 48 hours to respond by phone or email. So you're going to want to keep it locked on KVEG HOT 97.5 FM
License to Publish Submissions
By submitting an entry and entering the Contest "Put Swagger in my Website" you hereby grant Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) and KVEG HOT 97.5 FM a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free right to publish and distribute your entry. None of the entry materials submitted by you will be treated as confidential, so please do not submit proprietary information.
Limitation
Origami Studio (www.origamistudio.com) and KVEG HOT 97.5 FM reserves the right to cancel the Contest "Put Swagger in my Website" at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the Contest "Put Swagger in my Website".
Websites with more than 10 pages, ecommerce features (stores), dynamic information access (database usage), Adobe Flash (TM) or similar pieces, animations, content management system driven websites, and similar will be excluded of this contest.
